About this deal

Tocade by Rochas is an “Eau de Toilette” for women with a floral oriental touch. It is dedicated to a cheerful woman who radiates happiness, a woman who lives every moment with passion and makes it unforgettable, a lively and mischievous woman who displays his great sense of humour wherever you go. This fragrance was created in 1994 by perfumer Maurice Roucel and was the first perfume of his time in getting to transmit air of joy. We are facing a fragrance for a daring woman who exudes boldness and living life passionately, not caring what they think others, since their opinion, is the most valued. Its notes, together create a sweet and funny, compelling and provocative awakening. In the beginning, we can find several green notes combined with fresia, and geranium; in his heart, we are surprised more intensive floral notes like magnolia, orchid or to finally give way to amber and vanilla mong others, points sweetish and bold, which will bring that naughty nuance that characterizes it. Often times perfumer Roucel's magnolia+freesia accord goes watery, but the vanilla, rose, and clean patchouli overdose of Tocade throw the usually dominant Roucel signature into a supporting role. This is a sillage beast, and you needn't spray more than once, especially if you're not into strong scents, but since Tocade is also vanilla-soft and very pleasing, I sometimes spray four+ times and nobody complains (in fact this one gets a lot of compliments, not that I wear perfume to please others, but it's a small mercy on others that this doesn't terrorize either). the photography may be of a different size of the same product. Please read the product description The first time I smelt Tocade was from the bottle, and let me tell you it was not a pleasant experience. My first impression was that it smelt strong and medicinal, not at all sweet or feminine. A friend of mine sent me a decant of Tocade a few months ago and it took me this long to be game enough to try it on the skin. not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and

sweetness might put you off a bit musk serves the basis nice as if a passive partner strangely enough Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will Rochas Tocade is one of those simply irresistible fruity-oriental accords which you go crazy for despite their structure is not properly articulated or basically "hyper nuanced". This fragrance is simply gentle, "cottony" (like a paradoxically "un-sweet" or better minimally sugary cotton candy), aromatic (vaguely gasseous) and gracious. In its suave (never too sweet, perfectly calibrated) mildness you can get apparently almonds, fruits (it seems pears), musks, smooth vanilla and powdery amber. Tocade is finally an intensely smooth (kind of ostensibly pear-like) accord of spicy ambrette-benzoin with suave rosey facets (I detect a touch of synthetic "musky iris"'s feel a la Dior Homme Intense as well) and a general muskiness as dominant ambience. The aroma is almost culinary, softly sugary-cinnamonic-almondy and vaguely confetto-like. A central patchouli is perfetly enclosed in the middle of a vanillic muskiness providing a refined sense of indolent and narcotic debauchery a la Kiori by Kiori. Tocade's opening is anyway far less linear and "pacificated" since the initial angular (geranium) and herbal approach is slightly bitter-crisp and barely gasseous-dissonant with hints of something smelling like a sort of salty-bitter/herbal-liquorous intensity (slightly piquant and green-vegetal). PASSION MADE REALITY. We are facing a woman who lives her passions and follies, to let them recorded on its skin as unique and unrepeatable experiences. It's not a "big scent" - but one that I really enjoy for those times when I need a perfume that is simple, pretty and not overly stimulating or intellectual and does not stir up emotions that are so deep you feel you will drown in.

these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do adds to the fiery flavor The florals in the middle section is hard to detect drowned out from the dominate Heeding charges of "bugspray:" citronella is listed as an ingredient in the new Tocade (also in countless other reforms), and it is discernable but also strangely pleasant. Citronella is derived from lemongrass, and plenty find that a nice enough smell, but here the chemical called citronellol gives Tocade its distinctive geranium note. I wore Tocade all this summer while outside, and the one-two punch of the naturally insect-repellant patchouli and citronella banished mosquitos. How glad I am that I gave this fragrance a chance. On the skin, Tocade becomes a warm and powdery vanilla, soft and delicate.

A UNIQUE SMILE. This fragrance conquers us with his smile. A smile that lights our days and conveys happiness, joy and enthusiasm. Magnolias, The drying is the dominate part of the fragrance it starts with Amber just an overbearing The perfume composition of Tocade is an oriental floral, so-called floriental, rich in numerous floral notes of freesia, mimosa, iris, and jasmine, as well as woody notes of cedar and patchouli, with the inevitable fragrant resins and musk. Again, the only notes that are essential in this composition and that sing perfectly in unison, like the duet of Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe, are two divas, vanilla and rose, whose essence is recognizable among thousands of others, just like the voices of Freddie and Montserrat. In Tocade, they merged into a harmonious whole in which nothing is surplus, and there is no shortage. A new whole that is more than a simple sum of its parts that smells unique, unrepeatable, and in which each component can be recognized and loved both for itself and as a part of the whole. Tocade teaches us about love and togetherness…when two become one and do not lose even a part of their being. So simple, and so exceptional. Tocade is an overlooked and little-known perfume classic of the Rochas brand that appeared in 1994. Few people know that it is actually Tocade that, by combining perfectly two titanic forces– rose and vanilla, inspired many other niches and designer perfumes to do the same. It is debatable how successful they were in that, since the power of vanilla and rose cannot be easily controlled, and the end result is often fatal for the people around those who wear such perfumes. This is not the case with the masterpiece made by Maurice Roucel, because Tocade envelops the lady who wears it with a heavenly fragrant cloud, vibrant, delicious and enchanting. The rose lingers on and on, but is never quite obvious until hours through the scent. The powdery vanilla and amber notes balance it out while the bergamot makes it clean and polite with only an understated, somewhat sleepy sensuality of an inviting flanel pyjamas...of deciding is this just a commoner trying to be an sophisticated aristocrat trying to please the masses Fragrance notes] top notes: bergamot, freesia, magnolia; middle notes: iris, jasmine, lily of the valley, orchid, rose, geranium; base notes: amber, musk, patchouli, vanilla, cedar. If you can find it, get the version with the gold design still on the box. It smells a lot better than the reformulation, whose box is entirely red. I do actually like the reformulation in spite of others saying it's terrible: more chemical than the older, yes, but don't sniff right at the skin and wait until ten minutes into drydown, and the chemical haze fades. I find similarities between this fragrance, Hypnotic Poison by Dior and L'eau par Kenzo eau Indigo, which I love.
